We're growing upland cress and Persian cress.


Cress will keep in a plastic bag in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.

You can also stand stems in a container of cold water and cover the tops with a plastic bag.

Cooking Tips

Upland cress is great in sandwiches and salads, and it also makes a nice garnish for soups and cooked meats, fish, or poultry.
